Services
There are two types of services offered at The Three C’s:
Fitness
Consulting and Personal Training. Both types of services offer:
- Fitness assessment
- individualized meal plan
- detailed workout plan
- success/troubleshooting guide
Fitness Consulting
Fitness Consulting entails developing a comprehensive diet/exercise
plan
suited to the individual. This diet/exercise plan is created
by The Three
C’s and executed by the individual. In other words, The
Three C’s designs
the program and the client carries out the plan on their
own. There are three plans: Silver, Gold and Platinum. The
differences in the
three plans depend on how much time you wish to commit. Silver
(4 weeks)
Gold (8 weeks) and Platinum (12 weeks).
All three
plans are similar in that they are designed for a complete
diet and exercise
makeover and provide continued support throughout the time
frame via
internet/phone support.
Personal Training
Personal training involves one-on-one instruction implementing
a
diet/exercise plan. The Three C’s will provide the comprehensive
plan and
apply that plan in the gym. So, unlike fitness consulting,
The Three C’s
not only creates the plan, but is involved in making sure it
is carried out
properly to reap maximum benefits.
Similar to Fitness Consulting, there are three plans: Silver,
Gold and
Platinum. The differences in the three plans depend on how
much time you
wish to commit. Silver (10 sessions), Gold (20 sessions)
and
Platinum (30 sessions). All three plans are similar
in that they are
designed for a complete diet and exercise makeover and provide
continued
support throughout the time frame via internet/phone support
as well as
supervised training.
