Your job will be to have faith in the plan and persevere until

I want to give you fair warning: this diet and exercise program
is unlike any other you have undertaken and is opposed to conventional
wisdom. I believe conventional wisdom may not be the best approach
to solving a complex problem like achieving diet and exercise
goals. Conventional wisdom or programs often do not focus on
aspects that produce the exact results that are desired or
are sometimes completely incorrect in selection of specific
diets and specific exercises. For these reasons, conventional
wisdom typically produces mediocre results.
The solution involves some creative thinking that produces
specific results while staying within the boundaries of sound
nutrition and the science of exercise physiology. What you
will receive with this program is just that: a novel and research-based
approach to helping you achieve your goals.
